The Nature of Lock's Wares
Each relic within Dungeon Lock's emporium is forged upon demand. When thou dost place an order, thy item is crafted specifically for thee. For this reason, Lock does not generally accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer's remorse. Measure thyself carefully and choose wisely, mortal.
Lock is ancient, but Lock is not without mercy. If thou hast a unique circumstance, reach out and plead thy case. Lock will do what Lock can do to help.
Damaged or Defective Goods
Should thy relic arrive damaged, defective, or marred by the cruelty of transit, Lock shall make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a description of the offense, and Lock shall provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to thee.
Incorrect Orders
If Lock's fulfillment servants have erred and sent thee the wrong item, contact us immediately. We shall correct the mistake with haste.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, mortals dwelling within the European Union are granted the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Thy relic must remain in the same condition as it arrived - unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
