Forging Thy Relics

Each unique relic is forged upon demand by Lock's craftsmen scattered across the realms. As such, shipping times may vary depending on thy location and which forge fulfills thy order. Most orders require 2-5 business days to craft before they begin their journey to thee.

Delivery Times

Once crafted and dispatched, most orders arrive within 5-12 business days. International or extradimensional deliveries may take longer, sometimes up to 20 business days depending on the distance between realms.

Lock cannot guarantee delivery dates, for the void is unpredictable and mortal couriers are... mortal.

Tracking Thy Order

Once thy order is dispatched, thou shalt receive a tracking number to follow its journey. Guard this number well, for it is thy window into the courier's progress.

Customs and Duties

For those who dwell beyond the borders of the United States, thy realm may impose customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer, not Lock. Such is the toll of crossing borders guarded by trolls.

Lost in the Void

Lock does not control the mortal couriers of thy world, but Lock shall assist if thy package becomes lost in the void. Contact us if thy order has not arrived within a reasonable time, and Lock shall investigate with its scrying eye.
